Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our botanical wellness products and for safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
To initiate a return, please email info@florxa.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
